Lego Brick Fest Live

I went to Lego Brick Fest Live in Philadelphia today with my brother and best friend. I've been to several Comic Cons and Anime Next, but have never been to LBFL. Its much smaller, and definitely more directed towards children. But nonetheless, it was fun and the master Lego builders' displays were phenomenal. There was also a predominant Star Wars theme going with lots of people in Star Wars cosplay.
After grabbing a few freebies and a Lego bowtie for Ebenezer, and a Lego hair bow for me, we left early because like I said it was small (we covered the whole convention in less than an hour). Luckily, in the same strip mall area, there was a multiplex arcade with bowling, games, laser tag and go-karts. We bowled 2 games first, both of which Dan won (I lost the first game, Ebenezer lost the second). Then we hit the go-karts which pissed me off because I was too short to fit into the go-kart so I had to use a booster seat which made me too big to fit into it. There was just no winning -__-
Afterwards, Ebenezer and I played laser tag (a kids versus "parents" game) and we totally schooled those little kids. We played some arcade games then ate at BWW and went home. It was fun, but I probably won't ever go to LBFL again unless it becomes something of the scale of Comic Con or at least Anime Next.
